When to file a complaint?

Complaint about a service offered by the CAEQ

If any service offered by the CAEQ fails to meet your expectations, you can express your dissatisfaction to the Conseil des Appellations Réservées et des Termes Valorisants using the form below. Rest assured that your complaint will be treated with consideration and empathy, and in complete confidentiality. Because the CAEQ is a technical unit of the Conseil des Appellations Réservées et des Termes Valorisants, the latter body will check whether the complaint is well-founded and receivable and, if so, will begin administrative procedures to have the non-compliance corrected.

Complaint about a certification body accredited or overseen by the CAEQ

If you have a doubt about the competence of a certification body accredited or overseen by the CAEQ, you can file a complaint. Your complaint will be treated confidentially.
